Traditional manufacturing
is not sustainable.
It creates global supply chains’ congestion.
AM requires support structures to hold the parts while printing.
These are made of the same material as the parts.
So, they have to be manually removed after printing.
This process is inefficient, costly, and unproductive.
Labor intensive post processing makes AM slow and inefficient
we will automate it
We develop a multi-material polymer AM technology that allows printing parts using two different materials:
A durable material for the parts and a soluble material for the supports.
The supports can be easily dissolved in water, leaving behind smooth and clean parts.
